The service was exceptional, going above and beyond to help with travel scheduling issues and provide valuable advice for exploring the area. The service was exceptional, with staff making great dinner recommendations, suggesting activities and day tours, and even helping us rent a motorbike. The location is quite quiet, which is nice, and close to a lively night scene, but the street leading to cafes and restaurants is full of potholes and very dirty. The dining experience was very plentiful with good choices for both westerners and Asians, with a large spread that was the best we had during our trip in Vietnam. Overall, the Alba Spa Hotel provided a comfortable and friendly stay with great service and dining options.
